Digital transformation is permanently changing the way museums work: which use cases are relevant for museums and how can they be implemented in practice? Denise Tonella explores these questions and illustrates how new technologies can help shape the future of museums, particularly in terms of greater transparency, trust, collaboration and participation.

Denise Tonella uses the example of the Swiss National Museum to illustrate the current challenges of digital transformation. The focus will be on the museum's operations, the communication of its content and the changes for its staff.
