Blogs in the era of AI – a panel discussion
The ETH Library is celebrating the 15th anniversary of its blog, ETHeritage. To mark the occasion, a public panel discussion on the topic of trends and future, titled “Trends und Zukunft”, will be held in the ETH Zurich main building on Tuesday, 13 June at 5.00 p.m. Those interested in attending can do so either in person or online.
How are blogs changing? How will AI affect their future? Can blogging remain relevant in the face of the video and network functions of modern social media?
The four historians Andrej Abplanalp, Monika Dommann, Adi Kälin and Johannes Wahl will participate in the panel to discuss the development and future of blogs, and the discussion will be moderated by content marketing consultant Su Franke.
“We invite everyone to join us for this exciting event,” said Michael Gassner, Head of the Collections and Archives section at the ETH Library. “This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the history and future of blogs and celebrate an important milestone with us.”
The panel discussion will take place in the lecture hall HG G5, and will be followed by a drinks reception to celebrate the 15-year anniversary. Those who cannot attend in person are welcome to join us online. Please external page register for the event in advance.
