Take part in the interview study “The ETH Library in your everyday life of work, teaching or study” and help us tailor our services even better to your needs.
The ETH Library would like to learn more about your work, teaching or study routine and invites you to participate in a one-hour video interview. The goal of the study is to bring our services even more into line with your needs.
For this reason, we are conducting online video interviews with interested customers between November 2020 and January 2021. To thank you for your participation, you will receive a book voucher worth CHF 50.00. The ETH Library is conducting the study in cooperation with the independent market research institute intervista.
