  • Conceptual and practical aspects of computational reproducibility
  • Version control of code as the basis for reproducibility
  • Advantages and pitfalls of computational notebooks
  • Management of computational environments
  • Slides of a previous workshop (PDF, 8.9 MB)

Aim

At the end of the workshop, you are able to

  • identify current limits of reproducibility in your computational workflows.
  • use relevant tools for addressing these limitations.
