You can now quench your thirst for knowledge and satisfy your urge to research, as the image database of the Thomas Mann Archives now contains new photographs, some of which were previously unseen. The images include those that were recently digitised and those that recently became non-copyrighted. Do you know more?

Under the new category “Wissen Sie mehr?” (do you know more?), you can find photographs for which we still need various types of information (e.g. the identity of the people in the image and the date the photograph was taken). If you can help us by providing this information, we would be delighted to hear from you. Please use the contact option in the image you have information for. Thank you!
