The New York Times available online
The electronic edition of the leading American daily newspaper The New York Times offers ETH Zurich members free access to high-quality journalism.
Whether you’re researching for a term paper, preparing course material or just curious and interested: students can access The New York Times online right up until they graduate, and ETH Zurich employees can renew their access at any time.
How to obtain access
You need a user account to be able to use the contents of the newspaper:
- Go to external pagenytimes.com/passes
- Click on “Create Account”
- Enter your ETH Zurich email address
- Create a password
- Validate your account via the email you receive
- You have completed the set-up process and now have access to The New York Times
Good to know: you don’t need to be logged in to the ETH Zurich network to access The New York Times.
