Foundation of a collection of scientific instruments and teaching aids (Schlrm)

Aim of the project

To create a new collection of scientific tools and teaching aids.

Description of the project

The new collection consists of historical objects already available at ETH Zurich, but for which the duty of care is not clear or where the departments have no capacity to provide care. The objects are catalogued and evaluated prior to their possible inclusion in the collection.

Synergies and context

The establishment of the new collection at the ETH Library guarantees the sustainability and professionalisation of the collection support.
