ETH goes SLSP
Aim of the project
- For ETH Zurich’s libraries to become service customers of the Swiss Library Service Platform (SLSP) and make the necessary organisational adjustments.
- Conduct the system integration of the new library software Alma in ETH Zurich.
- Verify and optimise the work processes affected by the system implementation/transformation.
Description of the project
By founding the SLSP AG, services currently provided by the university libraries decentrally are to be transferred to the SLSP AG all over Switzerland and therefore centralised. The project “ETH goes SLSP” will optimally steer and oversee the impact of this transformation on ETH Zurich and its libraries. The project will focus on the introduction of Alma and the associated reorganisation of services, processes and interfaces.
